Said was excellent- he made my friends birthday very memorable and enjoyable. And provided lots of great jokes and banter. Accompanied by the robots which were amazing. They delivered food and beer.

A good and beautiful restaurant Korean Very tasty and hot food is available. And the staff is very good, a guy name Saeed is very friendly. It helps a lot.

After some days in Bilbao pintxos alone won't do anymore. You'll need something big. Gangnam has it. Gorgeous place, great waiters, great food. That was huge fun for a night out. The robot was the icing on the cake.

We had an amazing experience at Gangnam Korean BBQ! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff are super nice and helpful. The food came out fast, was incredibly tasty, and felt really fresh. A special thanks to our waitress, Sonia, who was just lovely and made our evening even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Bilbao!

Fun experience to cook the meat ourselves but we should have stopped with the ordering earlier. Was a battle to finish but we ended victorious. Drinks were also plentiful and great. Would 100% come back.

A good place to eat tasty and inexpensively. The portions are large as usual, so we immediately ordered medium ones. There is a set menu. The staff is very nice. Everything is clean and tidy. They cooked quickly.

We loved this place, a lot of fun. We came for the quirky robot, but loved the food. Our server Saeed was fantastic and very patient with two gringos that have never done Korean BBQ. You can not leave this place still hungry.

The only con was the plum drink and Tiramisu, it just taste like a kid medicine and Tiramisu is just an Vanilla ice cream with chocolate powder on top, but also taste nice
But doesn’t matter cus the garlic beef was delicious 🤤 also the dips for the meat were yummy. The restaurant has an amazing decorations and I was impressed by the service, very friendly. I recommend this restaurant for a family time and it’s a nice choice for family dinner or friends reunion.

This is a place to experience the unique atmosphere of an indoor bbq and korean ambient, all in an warm and welcoming setting.
It is a relatively small place so reservations are highly recommended.
We showed up without a reservation and were lucky that someone just canceled theirs just prior.
Everyone else that came after us without a reservation left disappointed and still hungry.
A friendly young man explained to us how to order from the tablet (each table has its own tablet) and it worked very well.
The food was presented in a fashionable manner and looked fresh and delicious.
There is a lot to choose from, its variety of delicacies is a real treat for the taste buds
Drinks are not included in the base price and will cost you additionally
Service is very quick and personal were smiling and very helpful, though it was very crowded and all tables occupied
A robotic waiter will deliver the drinks, which also add to the total experience.
As we were sitting by the window, it is amazing how many passersby would stop and look at all the delicious food and wink at us. An older man passing by stopped and showed us his dog and made a funny joke while gesturing, he was smiling and waved goodbye as he left.
Kids would press their noses onto the window and absorb the impressions from outside while rubbing their bellies 😁

Beef Bibimbap alone is worthwhile . Our waiter ( Sured) was excellent and helped us through the process of ordering ( on the tablet) and spoke excellent English.
